Life

I had good intentions last night, I really did. I planned on sticking a Trader Joe's pork loin in the oven and making roasted potatoes and parmesan roasted asparagus. The key words in that sentence are, "I planned on..." My best friend and I met for lunch and a little shopping yesterday, so when I got home I was just a little tired. Then the hubby was working on his computer. Long story short - we ordered a pizza. Hmph. Oh well. Pizza has its place in the world! So, guess what's on the menu for tonight? That's right! Trader Joe's pork loin, roasted potatoes, and parmesan roasted asparagus. Yum!
